End User License Agreement (EULA)

SECTION 1: Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "Licensee") and Stacks Trading, LLC, doing business as Stacks Algorithms ("Company", "Licensor", "we", "our", or "us").

This Agreement governs the use of all software products, algorithms, indicators, and related services provided by the Company, including but not limited to:

• The Smart Money Bot
• The Smart Money Map
• Associated software, scripts, indicators, documentation, and tools

By installing, accessing, or using any software provided by Stacks Algorithms, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not install or use the software.

SECTION 2: License Grant

Stacks Trading, LLC grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal trading purposes.

This license allows the user to install and operate the software on compatible trading platforms in accordance with the instructions provided by the Company.

This license does not transfer ownership of the software.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Stacks Trading, LLC.

SECTION 3: Software Ownership

The Smart Money Bot, Smart Money Map, and all associated algorithms, source code, logic, structure, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Stacks Trading, LLC.

The software is licensed, not sold.

Nothing in this Agreement grants the user ownership rights to the software, algorithmic logic, or any proprietary systems used within the software.

SECTION 4: Restrictions on Use

The Licensee agrees not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the algorithm
• Attempt to extract or replicate the underlying trading logic
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from the software
• Share, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to the software
• Provide the software to third parties without written authorization

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of the license.

SECTION 5: License Scope

The license granted under this Agreement is intended solely for the personal use of the Licensee.

The software may not be used to:

• operate a signal service
• distribute trading signals
• run a commercial fund or managed account service without permission
• resell or redistribute the software

Additional licensing agreements may be required for institutional or commercial usage.

SECTION 6: Digital Software and No Refund Policy

The Smart Money Bot and associated software products are considered digital assets and proprietary intellectual property.

Upon purchase or activation, the user receives immediate access to the software.

Because digital software cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

By purchasing or activating the software, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees that:

• The product is a non-returnable digital asset
• The license is delivered immediately upon activation
• No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted

This policy exists to protect the proprietary nature of the algorithm and intellectual property.

SECTION 7: No Guarantees of Performance

The software is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

Stacks Trading, LLC makes no guarantees regarding trading performance or profitability.

Trading results may vary significantly depending on:

• market conditions
• user configuration
• brokerage execution
• risk management settings
• capital allocation

Past performance, demonstrations, or backtesting results are not indicative of future results.

SECTION 8: Risk Acknowledgement

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in significant financial losses.

By using the software, the Licensee acknowledges that:

• trading involves the risk of losing capital
• algorithmic trading systems may experience drawdowns
• no system can guarantee profitable results

The user assumes full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes.

SECTION 9: Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stacks Trading, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

This includes but is not limited to:

• trading losses
• financial damages
• lost profits or opportunities
• system errors or malfunctions
• connectivity or brokerage issues

Use of the software is entirely at the user's own risk.

SECTION 10: Updates and Modifications

Stacks Trading, LLC may periodically update, modify, or improve the software.

Updates may include:

• performance improvements
• bug fixes
• compatibility updates
• feature enhancements

The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue features of the software at its discretion.

SECTION 11: License Termination

This license may be terminated if the user violates any terms of this Agreement.

Termination may occur if the Licensee:

• shares the software with unauthorized users
• attempts to reverse engineer the algorithm
• violates intellectual property protections

Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease using the software.

SECTION 12: Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing Stacks Trading, LLC.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.

SECTION 13: Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Licensee and Stacks Trading, LLC regarding the software license.

It supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations related to the software.
